All the people who live on the pond are encouraged to become members of the Association. We would like everyone’s attendance, opinions, and votes. Becoming a member is the only way you can influence the direction and purpose of the Association. We welcome and encourage your participation.
The election of WPA officers is an important part of our meetings and the association. All officers President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer serve a term of just one (1) year.

We encourage those who are interested may volunteer their own name. Participation by all members brings new ideas and energy to the Association and we encourage all members to consider serving at least one term. New and renewing members can download the printable membership form.
MEMBERSHIP
All property owners of Wadleigh Pond Lyman, Maine shall be eligible for membership and shall have one (1) vote per property membership in good standing. (ByLaws, Article III, approved by membership 6/8/2024)
DUES
WPA Annual Dues will be $50.00 per year per property on Wadleigh Pond with access to water. Dues must be paid by September 1 of eachyear. A property owner must be paid up in good standing to have a voice to vote (ByLaws, Article IV, approved by membership 6/8/2024)
